Watch it come to life!<\/p>\n<p>Californians tend to spend much time focused on costumes, parties and pumpkins during <a href=\"http:\/\/www.seecalifornia.com\/events\/halloween\/california-halloween-city-events.html\">October&#8217;s Halloween season<\/a>\u00a0and also on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.seecalifornia.com\/events\/day-of-the-dead.html\">Day of the Dead celebrations<\/a>, but there are some really great festivals and events that have nothing to do with those holidays.
