It&#8217;s called Carnaval and it features 1-mile of stages with music, entertainment and the most creative costume ideas on the planet, thanks to the Hollywood influence. If you stay in West Hollywood you&#8217;ll find out that everyone from the front desk clerk to the food server has either written a screen play, acted in a show or movie, rubs elbows with someone famous, or holds 2nd &amp; 3rd jobs in entertainment from catering to costumes to make up.
