For \u00a0Italian restaurants it&#8217;s survival. Chefs gotta&#8217; have tomatoes, tomato sauce and tomato paste to make customers&#8217; favorite dishes &#8212; like spaghetti, ravioli, lasagna, pizza and Caprese salad.
