How weird can California’s festivals be? Just go to the annual How Weird Festival<\/a> on San Francisco streets and you’ll see!\u00a0San Clemente has a festival celebrating the ocean — not so strange. Pacifica loves its fog and has a festival that’s all over it. Oakdale does a festival about testicles — and Watsonville does, as well! From bathtub to bed races, cockroach or outhouse runs, there’s a festival for just about anything you can imagine.<\/p>\n Unusual festivals in California include Undie Runs, Liar’s Contest, Earthquake Festival, Bigfoot Days, Flying Saucer Contest, Squirrel Roundup, Glass Pumpkin Patches<\/a> and so much more.<\/p>\n Sometimes the name alone can draw a crowd — like BreastFest. It’s actually a Marin County beer festival to raise funds for breast cancer treatments, though the name of the event is certainly an eye-catcher.<\/p>\n We LOVE these wild & crazy, kooky festivals and can’t get enough.
