On the streets of one of California’s most authentic, historic places, guests delight in Old Sacramento Theatre of Lights,<\/a>\u00a0the recreation of the 1823 poem — A Visit from St. Nicholas, more popularly known as ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas.<\/p>\n Ice skating in Sacramento<\/a> has been a holiday tradition for more than 20 years. Put on your scarf and mittens to get in the holiday mood at this special event in the heart of the city!<\/p>\n Sacramento Ballet’s The Nutcracker<\/a> starts this week and continues till just before Christmas.<\/p>\n Capitol City Yacht Club recently held its annual boat parade of lights that travels under the famous Alfred Eichler-designed Tower Bridge. There are also plenty of\u00a0boat parades<\/a> throughout the state to enjoy.<\/p>\n Sacramento Santa Parade<\/a> takes to the streets this week for a delightful event filled with marching bands, floats, antique vehicles, and of course, Santa Claus!<\/p>\n
