Lavish costumes, masks, floats, bands and hundreds of thousands of audience cheers\u00a0 make this a fun event to see once in your life. The best way to experience if you are not a local is to book a hotel nearby and walk no more than a few blocks to the event. <a href=\"http:\/\/reservations.stockteam.com\/856_hotel-info_h3733.html\">Hotel Nikko<\/a> is one such hotel within range of the event.<\/p>\n<p>This is a lovely Valentine&#8217;s Weekend in which you&#8217;ll see a lot of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.seecalifornia.com\/traveltips\/valentine-meals-better-than-anything-except-being-in-love\/\">special menus<\/a> and hotel bookings throughout California.
