They are a much needed ingredient to guacamole dishes during Cinco de Mayo festivals in just over seven weeks and will provide countless joy to avo-fans at the upcoming Fallbrook Avocado Festival in April.<\/p>\n<p>Fallbrook, the capital of avocados, is serving up some big entertainment and fun with races in which you turn your prize avocado into a vehicle by adding wheels so it can roll. There are cute little avo-kid contests, costume contests, and tours of avocado packing plants located in the charming North San Diego County community known for arts &amp; avocados. You&#8217;d hardly recognize the quaint and slightly old-fashioned town when the Fallbrook Avocado Festival rolls in.
