SEPTEMBER 1, 2012 The Great Lake Tahoe Sternwheeler Race (in photo).\u00a0 This will be the 20th matchup in the “battle of the paddle” with the Dixie holding an 11-8 edge. Passengers can sign up for either boat, and during the race enjoy brunch.<\/p>\n

SEPT. 2, 2012 – Labor Day Weekend Fireworks Extravaganza Sunday. This pyrotechnic exhibition explodes over Lake Tahoe after dusk and features a variety of patterns, shapes and designs.<\/p>\n
