In addition to the usual hometown ballgames (49ers play Buffalo Bills Oct. 7,) there are a number of major events taking place. Fleet Week with exciting Blue Angels flyovers and fireworks shows, America&#8217;s Cup races, Castro Street Fair, Italian Heritage Parade, and one of the biggest, free bluegrass festivals in the nation called &#8220;Hardly Strictly Bluegrass,&#8221; all combine to put travelers on alert that the roads and traffic may be extra congested.
