Legoland Whale Tales at Water Park

Kids have fun at Legoland with the Water Park features that include rides, small pools,

fountains and more.

WHALE (Water Habits Are Learned Early) Tales, an American Red Cross water safety program geared towards young children is being taught by LEGOLAND Water Park certified lifeguards and covers basic water safety lessons including: Too Much Sun is No Fun; Be Cool, Follow the Rules – the reasons behind water safety rules; Look Before You Leap – choose safe places to swim and dive; Swim With a Buddy; Reach or Throw, Don’t Go – safe ways to rescue a swimmer in trouble; Just Pack It, Wear Your Jacket – the importance of wearing a life jacket; and much more. Each lesson is taught in the Water Park and reinforced with fun and memorable learning activities including games, DVD instruction and play time. Splash Zoo, a brand new area for toddlers, is now open inside LEGOLAND Water Park. Splash Zoo includes 7 slides, the Build-A-Raft River, Imagination Station and DUPLO Splash Safari. LEGOLAND Water Park is open seven days a week now through Sept. 5. LEGOLAND Water Park is a $12 upgrade from LEGOLAND California tickets and is included in the price of Resort and Water Park Hopper tickets.
