Dog Days of Summer No Bummer

Every day’s a dog day in California where pets enjoy the beaches, mountains and resort vacations just like there rest of the family. Today and tomorrow (May 30-31) dogs are strutting their stuff with their proud owners to compete for bragging rights of best jumper, best fetcher, most agile, and other categories at the national Purina ProPlan Performance Tour on the beach in Huntington Beach, Calif. World-Class Dogs and Owners Face-Off in one of 20 events on the East and West Coasts. Here’s the full HB schedule. There have been Purina events in Folsom, Elk Grove and on June 1, 2014 there’s a Petsmart event in Signal Hill, Calif.
