On Monday you need to function well at work. Unfortunately the weekend wreaked havoc on the energy levels of many of us who spent time in the sun at concerts, beaches, festivals, art fairs, sports competitions, camping, hiking, boating, fishing and other outdoor activities. While sunshine may be beneficial to your health it can also take its toll, even causing sun-induced fatigue.  Sunshine can provide us with 90% of the Vitamin D we need but only during certain times of the day and certain months.
