Wet n Wild Water Parks

It’s only one week until Californians roll the clock forward an hour, and only 12 weeks till California’s water parks open for the summer. Although Legoland Water Park is open most the time, and the highly anticipated Great Wolf Lodge hotel with indoor water park offers year-round fun near Disneyland, the majority of water parks are seasonal. They generally open before Memorial Day in late May and close after Labor Day in early September. Although 12 weeks may seem like a long time from now, water parks are spending this valuable time fixing things, painting, planning summer schedules and preparing to hire staff to be ready for sunshine and fun.
