Beer Festivals in California’s Wine World

As we scoured the early June 2017 festival scene it appeared that beer is outpacing wine in festival popularity this season. Signature wine events such as Temecula Balloon & Wine Festival or Ojai Wine Festival now have sizable numbers of breweries represented and pouring, too. It would almost seem that beer is poised to take on wine as California’s top alcoholic beverage. However, the production numbers aren’t there yet and perhaps breweries are simply finding their place in California’s predominantly Wine World. Here are a few statistics…
