California Ski Resorts Opening
There’s a crispness in the air at California’s mountain resorts. It can mean only one thing– SNOW! Of course everyone’s wishing for rain storms to blow through and blanket the mountains with the white stuff, but any ski resort worth its salt can’t rely on Mother Nature for perfect powder. That’s why they’ve already begun making snow in the high Sierras. At Heavenly (South Lake Tahoe) they turned on the snow machines just four days ago.
