California’s Got Milk! The state’s #1 farm commodity feeds $9.5 billion into the economy. Milk from cows and goats is used in a variety of tasty foods, including cheese. When American Cheese Society Competition awarded fifty (50) prize ribbons to Californians at the most recent contest, the judges agreed there’s nothing cheesy about the quality of our gourmet dairy products. Cream of the crop companies such as Rumiano Cheese Company of Willows use grass fed animals, USDA organic, non-GMO and American Humane Association certified, sustainable practices.
