Resolution: Eat More Chocolate

Chocolate is GOOD for you! Lauded for its tremendous antioxidant potential, the higher the cocoa content (and less sugar), the more health benefits there are. Potential benefits of eating chocolate may include: Lowering cholesterol levels, preventing cognitive decline and reducing the risk of cardiovascular problems. Chocolate contains ingredients that inhibit the natural breakdown of anandamide in the brain, a feel-good thing. Chocolate cravings have something to do with serotonin, a brain chemical that makes us feel relaxed.
