If you made it to Disneyland yesterday, Nov. 13, 2014, you would have enjoyed the first day of “Holiday Season”. That’s what they’re calling nearly two months of celebrations that include special water show World of Color – Winter Dreams, characters from the hit movie, Frozen, a Christmas parade with Santa and marching toy soldiers, and festive decor throughout two theme parks — Disneyland and California Adventure. One of many highlights comes at night when Sleeping Beauty’s Winter Castle – A sensational holiday lighting and special-effects show carries the magic of the holidays from the castle all the way to the 60-foot tall Disneyland Christmas tree in Town Square. The finale of the show includes the legendary “Believe … in Holiday Magic” fireworks show, ending with a touching rendition of “White Christmas” and a climactic snowfall swirling upon Main Street, U.S.A., It’s a Small World Mall and New Orleans Square. The fun continues through Jan. 6, 2015.
