Earth Day at California Zoos

It’s Earth Day every day at California’s dozen or more zoos and aquariums where conservation, research and education endeavors take place 24/7. Here are some Earth Day Celebrations at California Zoos:

ATASCADERO’S CHARLES PADDOCK ZOO: Conservation Celebration, A Party for the Planet April 18, 2015
OAKLAND ZOO: Party for the Planet Earth Day Event April 18, 2015 Bounce the Earth Ball, visit 60 stations with hands-on, interactive learning and activities, watch a trapeze act, and more.
LA ZOO: Earth Day Celebration is two days of festivities on April 18 & 19, 2015 with interactive stations throughout the Zoo providing guests an opportunity to explore information and ideas about animal conservation and preservation, sustainable living for humans, recycling, and how to make Earth a better place to live. The event is held in Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA) program “Party for the Planet”.
