It’s just another day pushing yourself to the limit in extreme California. On Saturday, March 25, contestants grunted and groaned, flipping 900lb tractor tires and tossing kegs more than 15 feet in Huntington Beach to determine California’s Strongest Man.

  • Question: What is endurance?
  • Answer: It’s the ability or strength to continue or last, especially despite fatigue, stress, or other adverse conditions.
