SAND CITY, CALIF.–Artists converge and put on a fantastic show this week at Sand City’s annual West End festival Aug. 22-24, 2014. Three miles down the well-traveled highway (1) from Sand City in Monterey you can pay $80 to attend First City Music Festival Aug. 22 & 23. The free West End Celebration proves that you can get something for nothing — 25 top bands perform on stage while the streets are filled with artwork of 100 talented creators. It’s a deal to good to pass up.
