Free Summer Concerts Popularity

If you are among the California cities hosting free summer concerts in the park on Monday or Tuesday nights you are a rare breed, indeed. In the song, “Stormy Monday” by T-Bone Walker, the lyrics say: “They call it Stormy Monday, but Tuesday’s just as bad.” Another song by The Mamas & The Papas, “Monday, Monday” says you can’t trust that day. So what’s the most popular day to rock out? In our search for free summer concerts there are more cities holding concerts on Thursday night than any other night.
