When you live in California,  Hispanic festivals are as varied as the immigrants who came to the Golden State from El Salvador, Peru, Ecuador and Mexico, for instance. Nowhere is this more apparent than Los Angeles where Hispanics make up around 50% of the population. The City of L.A. provides a comprehensive list of festivals and events for the public to participate in, including these free Hispanic festivals you might enjoy!
