Over at the the WorldBeat Cultural Center in Balboa Park and the newly-restored Observatory in North Park you can listen to Tribute to the Legends of Reggae on Presidents Day Weekend Feb. 13-15, 2016. It is one of the many reggae music festivals in 2016 featuring a classic, Bob Marley. A very different music festival in venues throughout San Diego County celebrates another musician no longer with us. Mainly Mozart Festival is a musical adventure celebrating one of the world’s great classical music composers, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.  Now through May 1 the festival features Spotlight Series, approx. one dozen concerts in venues in San Diego, Carlsbad and Rancho Santa Fe. The mega Mozart festival features youth orchestra concerts year round, springtime Spotlight Series and Mainly Mozart Festival held June 2 – 18, 2016.
