Happy New Year 2014 from SeeCalifornia.com! Thank you to all the nice people who send us great information to share. You’re the best! California New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day are the biggest parties we’ll see until 4th of July Fireworks come around. Among the fun things to do at parties and kids museums with balloon drops and early celebrations, special bell ringing salutes to the New Year, theme park fireworks shows, mountain ski resort torchlight parades, fireworks in San Francisco over the bay and in Long Beach in the harbor, casino concerts, and on New Year’s Day some very special annual events. From the Rose Parade in Pasadena (the famed Clydesdale horses are returning after a two year hiatus,) to polar plunges where people get all wet, it’s a sure bet that you will find fun around every bend.
