New Year’s Resolutions Worth a Shot

One food coop group has created displays of food products containing GMOs to educate shoppers and encourage them to eat healthier.

Most Popular New Year’s Resolutions:

  • Lose weight
  • Exercise
  • Eat healthy
  • Make more money
  • Stop smoking
  • Manage stress
  • Improve relationships
  • Take time for myself
  • Don’t procrastinate
  • Get new job

Lots of people make them, but few follow through. If you want to lose weight, stop doing some bad habit and change your life, don’t wait until the New Year. Try one small step today. Make a note and look at it often. Keep reminding yourself that you want to change and the reasons for doing it. The best motivator is a solid benefit that’s good for you–like reduction in cancer , diseases, diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.  Some say that removing the clutter helps those who are trying to fulfill resolutions. They believe it creates positive feng shui. Others say that you should wake up each morning with an affirmation and go to bed with appreciation. Some believe that putting a #8 in your wallet will bring money your way unexpectedly.  Whatever you do, remember that you have to REALLY want it and you usually have to work to get it. Good luck!
