But this Chill may be the best one ever with a whole new story told in the 13,000-square-foot Ice Kingdom, where a unique version of “A Christmas Carol” is displayed through the genius of Chinese ice carvers, who turn 340-pound blocks of ice into memorable ice characters and scenes from Charles Dickens’ priceless novel.
