California casinos in past years have featured major headliners for their NYE parties — and some of those casinos found themselves overwhelmed by a party scene with a lot of action and not much spending on the casino floor. This year we’ve not found any major headliners to report when browsing the California casino websites in search of New Year’s Eve parties.
