San Diego Monster Bash Lights up the “Redlight” Gaslamp

Published on: October 03, 2012

When San Diego throws a bash, you know it’s going to deliver on its promise of smashing entertainment. This year marks the 12th season the once ill-reputed Gaslamp Quarter lights up its red lanterns for a Halloween party that stirs the spirits of the past to come out and play at San Diego Monster Bash. Behind those incredible masks you never can guess who or what’s real or illusion, though it doesn’t really matter much. This is an incredible celebration that some think is better than West Hollywood’s Carnaval. For REAL party fans, you can do them both–Monster Bash is on Friday, October 26 while West Hollywood Carnaval is on Wednesday, October 31. That’s 4 days of rest between California’s 2 biggest Halloween parties.
