With the first hint of snow in this week’s quickly passing storm, California skiers from the Sierras to San Bernardinos are all abuzz. They have their hopes up for the ski season openers. The weather is also a reminder to Thanksgiving and Christmas vacationers that they better get booking for the coveted holiday lodging.
