What are you doing tonight? Head for free summer concerts if you’re in cities such as Concord, Costa Mesa, Orinda, Puente Hills, Rowland Heights and Redlands. If you’re in Capitola by the Sea the next day, you’re bound to have soul listening to the band, Joint Chiefs, at a twilight concert on the beach.
