On the 4th of July California’s beaches will be the best attended destinations strictly by the numbers. One of the busiest and most entertaining places is Venice Muscle Beach, home to 4th of July Mr. & Mrs. Muscle Beach. Watch competitors vie for prizes, medals and bragging rights in categories: Bodybuilding | Bikini | Figure | Vintage | Couples | and Men – Women Physique. This annual tradition is amazing to watch — maybe even a little shocking if you’ve never witnessed body builder contests. The event is free to watch in front of Venice Rec.
