When You Live in California…

WHEN you live in California, there are all sorts of unique situations and programs catering to local audiences. Here are a few items we found interesting:
- HAWAIIAN GARDENS – Offers low cost tattoo removal to citizens on the third Saturday of each month.
- EXETER – Foggy Day Schedule –fog cancels school and government jobs.
- SAN CLEMENTE, ENCINITAS, SANTA CRUZ – High surf means higher incidence of playing hookie.
- HUNTINGTON BEACH – The Woody is official car of the city.
- TRINITY COUNTY – Considered Pot County–more pot grown per capita than any other place (unofficial.)
- TULARE COUNTY – The smell of cows is “the smell of money”. Nearly half a million cows live there.
