Burbank Christmas and Holiday Celebrations

Downtown Burbank advertises itself as the place to be for the Christmas holidays.

We took them to the challenge to see what's going on and what you may be missing.

Weekly farmer's markets and special pop-up shopping events such as the Jackalope Indie Artisan Fair draw crowds who want to be outdoors during the usually warm winter holidays. Such fairs are really everywhere in California, however, so we dug a little deeper to see what else is going on.

There's an annual Burbank Mayor's Tree Lighting which brings some sparkle to City Hall.

Some years the city hosts Holiday in the Park, usually in November. It features street artists, bands, over 100 artisan booths, food and a day of fun.
