If you’re looking for original art you may be surprised at how affordable it can be. Check out art events this weekend such as Downtown Burbank Arts Festival April 15-16, 2016. The free event on four blocks of San Fernando Blvd. between Angeleno Ave. and Magnolia Blvd. includes more than 100 established artists working in painting, photography, sculpture, ceramics, and jewelry design. Here are a few festivals dedicated to art enjoyment and apprecition:
- Menlo Park Sidewalk Fine Arts Festival. Santa Cruz Avenue at El Camino Real
- Sebastopol Apple Blossom Festival
- Indio’s Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival at Empire Polo Club
- Claremont’s Plein Air Art Festival at Santa Ana Botanic Garden
