A one-of-a-kind festival celebrates architecture, art, music and a lifestyle that our parents or grandparents may have enjoyed during the Art Deco era during the 1920s-40s. Aboard the Queen Mary ship and throughout the city of Long Beach you’ll find Art Deco, which is why the ship hosts an annual Art Deco Festival, usually on Labor Day Weekend. Among the highlights are bus tours of the city’s Deco architecture, and on board the ship are lectures, live bands, a Grand Deco Ball, Bootleggers Ball, and really fun Pajama Jam.
