Giants Are Coming! Elk Grove’s Cosumnes Community Services District Parks and Recreation Department is preparing a huge festival this week, and best of all, it’s FREE!
The 24th annual Elk Grove Giant Pumpkin Festival Oct. 6-7, 2018 expects 50,000 big time guests to check out big things:
- World’s Largest Jack-o-Lantern — created by three world-renowned pumpkin carvers who have theirs eyes set on a Guinness World Record!
- Giant Pumpkin Regatta — 1,000-pound pumpkin shells are surprisingly seaworthy, but difficult to steer!
