Clayton Oktoberfest, Clayton, CA The Downtown Clayton Business and Community Association present the annual Clayton Oktoberfest, which takes place under Mt. Diablo. There is a traditional biergarten, with German food and beer along with California wine; continuous live music featuring The Internationals; street performers; a carnival; and a large arts and crafts show.
