Blue Angels Overhead
Sometimes you just have to roll with it. This weekend SeeCalifornia.com postings took an unexpected turn when our editor heard a roaring sound very different from the dozens of commercial jets that fly daily overhead. The Blue Angels were in the skies above Huntington Beach for the 2nd annual Huntington Beach Air Show. Pictured are scenes of neighbors watching and several plane formations in the air above the SeeCalifornia home-office production. The US Navy craft went by so fast, so close, and so unexpectedly, that it was a challenge to get pictures in focus.
If you’re in Orange County the air show at Huntington City Beach continues through Sunday, Oct. 1, 2017. You have another chance to catch the Blue Angeles in 2017 at San Francisco Fleet Week October 7-8, 2017.
Though the Blue Angels aren’t schedule for these air shows, there are still a few to see in California this year:

- San Bernardino’s SBD Fest Air Show, Car & Motorcycle Show Oct.21-22
