Butter and Eggs Parade

You have to know a little something about the history of Petaluma to understand why this funky parade and festival, Petaluma Butter and Eggs, richly deserves a shout out. Julia Child would not bat an eye — she would simply smile and say “it’s OK to use butter & eggs”. Petaluma once was the Egg Basket to the World and home to the world’s only Chicken Pharmacy.
Go see the cutest little chick in town at the annual festival and parade today (April 23, 2016) where you can enjoy colorful bands, floats, classic cars and tasty food always needing more butter and eggs.
