California BBQ Cook Offs

Are you a meat eater (carnivore) who loves BBQ ribs? It’s all about SMOKE and the SMOKIN’ when you enter the world of rib contests in California. Though great ribs are hard to come by on a daily basis, you’ll think you died and went to rib heaven when you attend one of California’s mean beef or pork cooking competitions. Slightly salty, sweet & sticky, a little smoky and finger-lickin’ good, the ribs won’t disappoint this summer as the race heats up for out-of-this-world tastes.
