California Mountain Music Festivals Elevate the Spirit

Published on: June 07, 2012

It’s all about elevation when you attend this year’s batch of mountain music fests. Kicking of the season recently was the Strawberry Music Festival. It hosts two festivals per year, so you won’t miss a thing if you go in late August. Upcoming is the Grass Valley Bluegrass Festival on Father’s Day Weekend. It’s a foot stomping reason to celebrate California’s glorious Sierras. The music festivals held in California’s Sierra Nevada mountains typically offer campsites and RV camping opportunities so you’ll have a place to stay for the duration of these weekend events that can last up to three days.
