Pictured is Santa Diver at Long Beach’s Aquarium of the Pacific, where guests can watch sea creatures receive zoo treats, participate in a penguin parade, enjoy a gingerbread display, meet Aquarium holiday characters, and see a film (How the Grinch Stole Christmas) in the Ocean Theater. It is one of the many fantastic holiday celebrations in aquariums and zoos throughout California. Though not all the great zoo attractions opt to participate in seasonal merriment, they all offer opportunities for you to put gifts in animals’ stockings.
