California’s Perfect December Beach Weather

Can you believe it’s nearly winter? At Seal Beach couples draw hearts in the sand and wander barefoot, hand in hand. With no snow in sight (there hasn’t been any accumulation on these beaches in decades,) it doesn’t stop locals from donning winter coats, boots and stocking caps at night when the temperature drops to 55. Some “poor” kids grow up never experiencing snow, but if you want a taste of it (manmade or nature’s best) you better book your holiday lodgings now. Close to 20 million residents in California can only dream of white Christmas and when they get the urge to have one, the mountain resorts are swamped.
