The weekend music scene in California is all about diversity of sound. This weekend the themes range from a Grateful Dead tribute event in Berkeley called Shakedown Street Festival (left photo), to BB Jazz Festival in Huntington Beach’s Central Park (center photo), to McCloud’s Mountain Bluegrass Festival featuring Central Valley Boys (right photo). In typical California fashion most events are held outdoors with audiences being able to move around, dance, and catch some sunshine.
