Diwali, a festival of light, is India’s most important holiday of the year — but it’s also important to many Californians. Last week Cupertino and Richmond were among the cities with celebrations but there are more to come. Some events are outdoor family festivals while others are more intimate banquets with entertainment such as Bollywood shows.
