The WORLD is celebrating World Egg Day on October 12, 2012, but ONLY in CALIFORNIA can you celebrate the annual Loomis Eggplant Festival on October 6. Whether you fancy a souffle with eggplant, or a quiche with eggs, either way you slice or dice it you’re in for egg-citing times as October food celebrations continue to ignite our flames for culinary treats.
