Pacific Fine Arts returns in 2018 with festivals that combine art with entertainment, usually in a park or on downtown streets of some of California’s most popular cities.

Founded in 1973, the privately owned art events company is the pride and joy of Amador County residents Dana and Troy Hale-Mounier, who grew up around the arts. Troy was born in San Gabriel; Dana was born in Ventura to artist parents Karen and Tom Hale. Fate brought them together in San Diego where they attended the same high school, though they didn’t reconnect till their college years in the Los Angeles area.

With more than 15 highly-anticipated California art festivals they organize each year such as the famed Half Moon Bay Art & Pumpkin Festival or California Strawberry Festival Art Show in Oxnard, the couple brings joy to hundreds of thousands who eat, drink, dance, browse and buy unique, hand-made art at some of California’s finest annual events!
