Halloween Parades in California range from a few kids in costumes walking along Main Street sidewalks before their trick or treating, to Anaheim’s annual production (shown in photos) with original float designs that include elaborate lighting and themes. That event takes place on October 24, 2015 at 6 p.m. A tradition since 1924 began as a way to discourage kids from pulling pranks.
