Heatwave Travel Tip – Ask About Air Conditioning

If you’re heading on a coastal vacation during a heatwave here’s a warning! Check to make sure the accommodations you plan on booking have air conditioning–no kidding. The daytime temperatures along the coast between San Diego and San Luis Obispo this week range from the low 90s to 100 degrees. It’s a heatwave. Most the time the coastal climes are pleasant –exactly what everyone wants to pack up and move to, in fact. When nature turns on the heat travelers often seek relief along the beach.
